Wallanza Return & Refund Policy
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Wallanza, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your wallpaper or painting purchase, you have the option to return the item, request a refund, or exchange it for a different product.
15-Day Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date you (or a designated third party) receive your order to initiate a return for unmounted products. This policy does not apply to custom size or custom design orders.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of placing your order. You do not need to return the product within this period—just notify us of your intent to cancel, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Inspection Policy
If you’ve purchased wallpaper, you’re welcome to cut and inspect the strips. You can still return the product, even if the strips have been cut, as long as it meets our return requirements.
Return Process
To return a product, notify us of your intent, and you’ll need to arrange and cover the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for delivery or shipping fees related to returns. Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned product in our facility.
Custom Design or Size Orders
Custom design or custom size orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sustainability Commitment
All returned items are recycled as part of our sustainability initiative.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method with no additional fees.
Important Note
Please ensure the product meets your expectations before mounting or assembling. Wallanza does not cover costs related to assembly or mounting.
