Return & Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wallpaper or painting purchase from us. If you're not happy, you can return the item, get a refund, or exchange it for something else.

30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the legal 30-day return withdrawal period, we offer an extra 16 days for unmounted products. This gives you a total of 30 days from when you or a designated third party receive the product to initiate a return.

To cancel your purchase, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process. As long as we receive your cancellation notice within 30 days, your request is valid. You don’t need to return the product within that period, just notify us of your intent to cancel.

If you purchased wallpaper, feel free to cut the strips for inspection. You can still return the product even if the strips have been cut.

Returns

When you notify us of your intention to return a product, you will need to arrange the return shipping at your own expense. Please note that we are not responsible for the delivery and will only issue a refund once the product has been received. We do not cover any shipping costs or arrange the return yourself.

All returned items will be recycled.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your full refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, with no additional fees.

Please ensure the product meets your expectations before mounting or assembling, as we do not cover costs related to assembly or mounting.
